The Company shall not be held liable for any information contained on the website, nor any information provided through its Live Events, Webinars, Audio Recordings or other material (“Content”). Unlawful use of this site is prohibited.
While using this site, users may not: misrepresent themselves or otherwise provide false information; make any attempts to infiltrate or ‘hack’ the site or obtain any source code or other information from the site including other users’ information; or run any form of auto-responder or “spam” on the Services.
User must be of legal age in the province of Ontario Canada to use the Services.
The Company reserves the right to require written consent before permitting a link to its site. Any links to The Company’s website may be reviewed by The Company and if required, must be removed upon request.
The Company shall not be held liable by you for any damages, liabilities, settlements, costs, legal fees, etc. from any claim related to the use of or information contained on our site.
Registration
To access any information or view content provided by our Company, users are required to register (registered users shall herein be referred to as “Customers”).
Registration requires creating an Account by providing user’s information through the Company’s checkout process. This information includes name, email address, telephone number and billing and shipping addresses. Use of this information is privacy-protected as outlined in our Privacy Policy at http://brbcegroup.com/privacy-policy. Your information must be true and accurate and kept up-to-date.
Registration also requires a unique, secure password. Your password should be kept confidential. Should you suspect that someone else may have access to your information, please change your password immediately and notify The Company as soon as possible.
The Company reserves the right to cancel your username and password without notification, should any violation of these Terms and Conditions be suspected.
Payment and Fees
Fees charged are related to access to individual webinars and/or online audio recordings, to purchase CDs, or to secure registration at an upcoming Live Event, with payment in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payment methods accepted include PayPal (allowing for Visa and MasterCard payment as well through customer’s personal PayPal account) as well as cheque and Interac e-Transfer (email money transfer). No financial information is collected or retained through or by the Website.
Please note: if payment by cheque or Interac e-Transfer is selected at checkout, access to courses will not be enabled until payment is received by The Company.
Intellectual Property
All webinars and online audio recordings on the website, and on the CDs purchased through The Company, are protected by copyright and may not be copied, downloaded, uploaded, reproduced, published, distributed or shared in any manner, without prior express written consent from the Company.
Purchase of any Content from the website allows access to view and/or listen to the purchased Content for personal use only.
Accompanying documents (course notes, handouts, etc.) may be downloaded and printed for personal use only. Documents may not be altered (such as to remove any copyright notices), and may not be reproduced, published, shared or distributed in whole or in part or in any manner, without prior express written consent from the Company.
Termination
The Company may terminate or suspend your access at any time without notice, if the Company suspects or believes that you have provided any fraudulent information to the Company or that you have violated these Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability and Warranty Disclaimer
The information on the Company website is provided without any representation or warranties expressed or implied. The Company is not liable for you having acquired or not acquired Content through the Services. The Company assumes no responsibility for errors or admissions in the contents on the Service.
