General FAQ’s

If you have forgotten your password, simply select the "Lost my password" option on the login screen. You will receive instructions for resetting it via email.
To purchase an available webinar, select the "Add to Cart" button below the appropriate description. When you have finished selecting your desired items, you can view your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Once payment has been confirmed, we will grant you access to your purchased webinar. You will receive an email from BRB CE Group to let you know when access is available.
For your convenience, we accept email money transfer (Interac e-Transfer) and can process credit card transactions through PayPal. Cheques are accepted as payment for our live event conference only.
All cancellations will be subject to an administrative fee. Cancellations for a live conference after July 31 will not be refunded, but will receive credit towards our next ND CE Conference. No credit will be given for failure to attend. Transferring of registrations or credits is not permitted.
If you have a credit on your account, we will issue you a coupon code which you can use when making a new purchase through our website. Enter your coupon code at the Checkout to have the credit applied to your purchase.
Webinar and Online Audio Recording purchases are non-refundable. Contact us to inquire about exchanging your purchase or offering you a credit. Note that an administrative fee will always be charged when issuing credits.
This note is to let you know that we see that you have 2 different accounts on the BRB CE Group website. You most likely created a new account with a different email address. If you don't see the courses (Live Event, Webinars or Online Audio Recordings) listed on one account, log in to your other account (with your other email). If you require assistance, contact us.
Yes. The easiest way to do that is to Contact BRB CE Group and ask us to update your email address on your account. This will prevent you from having 2 accounts with us.

Live Stream FAQ’s

Online Live Stream allows you to attend the conference from anywhere, using a streaming app. After registering you will receive an email with a link to allow you to connect to each of the presentations at the conference. Each presentation will have a unique link to connect and you must use the same email to connect that you used to register for the event.
If you registered to attend the Online Live Stream then you must watch the live event as it being streamed. You must log in for the event at the times indicated on the Agenda. Your continued presence online during the presentation is required to receive your Certificate of Attendance. However, if you have registered for the event but cannot attend for some reason, let us know and we will transfer your registration to Pre-Ordering of the Recorded Webinars. Once the webinars become available, then yes, you can watch the presentations whenever you want. Note that recorded webinars typically become available in late October.
Although you may be able to attend the presentations on your phone or tablet, we recommend using a computer or laptop as not all features for the conference may be available on your mobile device.
Yes, you can use your phone to dial in for the audio portion. If you wish to do this, please contact us so that we can register your phone number for attendance purposes, and to ensure that you dial the correct telephone number. After registering with Zoom to receive your unique link, you will receive an email. This email will list various phone numbers you can call, as well as the information needed when dialling in. Be sure to select a local phone number for calling. Note that BRB CE Group is not responsible for any long distance charges incurred. Yes you can. Though we do recommend using a computer with a hardwired internet connection to ensure a reliable and stable connection, you can use a strong wifi connection. Make sure that other people using the same network (In the same household/office) are not downloading large files and/or watching online videos as that might affect your video stream. Check with your Internet Service Provider to make sure there is no bandwidth/usage limit on your account.
Emails are sent out shortly before the conference with instructions for obtaining your unique zoom links. Each attendee will have their own unique Zoom link. You can also obtain your unique links through your My Account page on our website. Simply log into your My Account page and scroll down. Look for the year of the conference followed by "LIVE" followed by the name of the presentation (i.e., 2022 LIVE - The Pharmaceutical Management of Hypothyroid States and IBS). Note that each presentation is listed separately. Click the name again beside "Unit ") and button to register for your Zoom link can be found on the bottom of the page that opens. Once notes are made available for a conference, emails are sent out which include instructions for accessing any notes. If notes are available, simply log into your My Account page and scroll down (stay on the Dashboard tab). Look for the year of the conference followed by "LIVE" and a number, followed by the name of the presentation (i.e., 2022 LIVE 1 - The Pharmaceutical Management of Hypothyroid States and IBS). Yes - there will be a short quiz for each presentation during the Live Stream. Category A approval from CONO is contingent on our ability to verify attendance. Attendance is verified using both the short quiz as well as your log in stats on the Zoom interface. Your Certificate for each presentation will be available as soon as you successfully complete the corresponding quiz.

Quizzes are made available towards the end of each presentation and are available to anyone who attends the full Live Stream presentation. If the Zoom interface records that you did not attend the presentation, or that you only attended the presentation for a brief time, the quiz will not be available to you.
Yes. You will be provided access to the recorded webinar once it becomes available in late October, which you can view and complete a quiz to obtain your CE credits.

Recorded webinars will be available in late October. If you have pre-ordered them or registered for that weekend Event, you will receive an email notification once they become available. If you did not pre-order them and would like to be notified when they become available, send us an email.
A link to complete an Evaluation of our ND Conference will be emailed to you shortly after the weekend.

Webinars and Online Audio Recordings FAQ’s

Once payment has been received, we will grant you access to your purchased webinars (within 24 hours). You will receive an email from BRB CE Group when this has happened. At this point, you can log back into your account and view purchased webinars on your "My Account" page.
You have 3 years from the date of purchase to watch your webinar. You can watch it an unlimited number of times. Enjoy!
Below the webinar or online audio recording, a quiz will be shown. Once you have successfully completed the quiz, you will be able to view and download a Certificate of Completion from your My Account page.

CE Credits FAQ’s

The number of CE credits you will receive, varies for each course. Please refer to each course description for the number and type of credits you will receive.
Using your initial date of registration with the BDDT-N or CONO, you can find your reporting period on CONO’s website under Reporting Periods & Groups, then read down to see how many credits you need. If you don’t know your initial date of registration, the easiest way to find it is by doing a Naturopath Search on yourself on CONO’s website, then clicking on your license number to bring up your profile. Then click Details to see your date of Initial Registration. This can be done without logging into the site.
No - you do not need to send your certificates when you report, but you do need to retain them. CONO randomly chooses a portion of NDs each reporting cycle to submit their proof of completion for each of their CE credits claimed. If you are selected, you must submit your certificate(s) along with your logs to CONO. Refer to CONO's CE Handbook, which can be found here for more information.
