Description

This presentation will explore challenging issues for naturopaths, their legal and regulatory consequences, and the jurisprudence from which we can obtain guidance. The issues to be covered include Conflict of Interest, Informed Consent, and Delegation of Controlled Acts. Recent decisions of the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) and Discipline Committee (DC) will also be reviewed. Audience questions will also be addressed.
