Complaints and Reports defined. (5 minutes)

Procedure once received, including appointing investigators and what they can do. (20 minutes)

ICRC deliberation process and decisions, including a discussion of outcomes. (20 minutes)

Discussion of most commonly seen complaints. (20 minutes)

Discussion of things I’ve been surprised to learn over the years on the ICRC – including perspectives from insurance companies, other healthcare providers, reactions of parties involved, HPARB decisions. (15 minutes)

Examples (sticking to what’s published on the public register or Informed) & Q&A. (30 minutes)
