Conference Registration Cancellations

• Conference Registration cancellations before July 31 are eligible for a refund, of the amount paid less the administrative fee.
• After July 31, refunds for Conference registration cancellations will NOT be issued, only a credit.
• Credits can be applied towards the following year or other products on our website.
• An administrative fee ($50 + HST) applies to all cancellations, regardless of date of cancellation.

Webinar & Online Audio Recording Cancellations

• Webinar and Online Audio Recording purchases are non-refundable.
• Contact us to inquire about exchanging your purchase or offering you a credit.
• An administrative fee ($50 + HST) applies to all cancellations.

Credits

• Credits will be issued in the form of a Coupon Code.
• Credits are valid until date of expiry indicated on the Credit Memo emailed to you.
• Credits are non-transferrable.
• Enter your coupon code at the Checkout to have the credit applied to your purchase.
