Thank you for registering for our upcoming conference online live stream. Below you will find some information as well as recommendations to ensure that your BRB CE Group ND CE Conference Live Streaming experience is as smooth as possible.
If you have never used Zoom before, see Appendix A: Using Zoom for The First Time below.
During the Conference:
Live stream will start approximately 5 minutes before the start time of each presentation. Log in early to test that you can see and hear the presentation.
Every effort will be made to make sure that presentations start on time, however unexpected events may cause delays. Please be patient with us.
If you experience technical problems, please email support@brbcegroup.com or call 647.723.0308.This email will be actively monitored over the weekend. Please do not post technical questions in the Q&A or Chat Sections.
Questions for the presenter can be entered and upvoted in the Q&A during the presentation. Time will be allotted for the presenter to answer questions at the end of each presentation. Every effort will be made to answer all questions, however depending on the number of questions received, we cannot guarantee that time will allow for all questions to be addressed.

Appendix A: Using Zoom for The First Time
Once you receive your email with your unique link to watch the presentation, click on it and you will be prompted to download the zoom.us application (if you don’t already have it). If you did not receive this email, contact support as indicated above.

- This is a soft download (it does not require a restart of your computer) and will install to your computer instantly.
- If the software fails to download you can click the ‘join from your browser’ link on your browser.

Once the software is downloaded, you should immediately be connected to the live stream.
As an attendee, you will only see the presentation shared with you (you will not be seen) and your audio will be disabled.
At the bottom of the screen (you might have to move or hover your cursor to bring it up) you will see a few icons: Q&A, CC, Reactions and Chat.
Q&A allows you to ask a question for the presenter, and to see, comment on and/or ‘like’ a question posed by another attendee. When asking a question, you can choose to ask it anonymously, or allow your name to be shown. Attendees can upvote and comment on questions asked.
CC allows you to view closed caption text during the presentation.
Reactions – Raise hand will not be responded to during this conference; use the Q&A instead.
Chat allows you to send a short message to the hosts (BRB CE Group) only.
