Dr. Ashley Chauvin, ND began her career with a degree in Radiation Therapy. Seeing the impact that nutrition and lifestyle had on patients led Ashley to become interested in the effectiveness and safety of herbs, supplements and nutrition in combination with chemotherapy and radiation.
She decided to make a career change to be able to support patients who had questions about integrative cancer care as well as to bridge the gap between conventional and natural medicine.
Ashley attended the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Upon graduating from CCNM, she completed a residency program where she received additional training in intravenous therapy, mistletoe therapy and loco regional hyperthermia. Dr.
Ashley Chauvin ND has worked exclusively in cancer care for most of her career.
Currently, she works at a practice that focuses on women’s health in Burlington Ontario.
She has an interest in supporting women who have experienced breast cancer. She is a faculty member of the Confident Clinician, has given lectures for Helixor and is a teaching assistant for the Oncology course at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Dr. Ashley ND is also a member of the CAND, OAND and the OncANP.
