Irena Bergmann has over 20 years of experience practising as a Naturopathic Doctor,  with a focus in fertility, women’s health and acupuncture.

Irena graduated with a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto and holds an Honors Bachelor of Science from York University.

Whether guiding patients through natural cycles or the intricate phases of IVF, Dr. Bergmann brings a unique blend of holistic care and in-depth evidence based medical knowledge. She is committed and passionate about helping you achieve your goals of becoming parents!

Irena is a professional member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND), Canadian Fertility & Andrology Society (CFAS), and is registered and licenced with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).

Since becoming a mother, Irena has taken a special interest in helping women with their fertility issues as well as supporting women’s health concerns. For over 10 years Irena has worked alongside Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility (REI) specialists building and growing her knowledge of all aspects of fertility treatment. This has allowed her to keep up to date with the most current research and provide the most effective support for her patients whether it is during natural cycles, or surrounding ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) medical procedures.

Irena is a founding partner of BRB CE Group – a group dedicated to providing quality continuing education courses for Naturopathic Doctors and other Health Care Practitioners.

Irena lives in Toronto with her husband and two kids. In between her practices in Aurora and Toronto, and keeping up with her kids’ busy schedules, Irena takes time to work out, take long walks with her husband, and enjoying a good meal with family and friends is always a must!
