Growing up in Waterloo, ON, Dr. Misa ND remembers safe and friendly neighbourhoods, children playing hockey on the street, local parks, farmer’s markets, nearby forests and walking trails. These are also what attracted Dr. Misa ND to choose to live in Oak Ridges/Richmond Hill with her husband and their two daughters.

Dr. Misa ND enjoys tough conditioning workouts and is also a Nutrition & Lifestyle coach at a local fitness facility.  Dr. Misa ND’s other loves are gardening and sewing, and can be found browsing for deals at the local fabric store and nursery.
